Accessing healthcare in rural areas can be challenging. Viva Resource helps families navigate the healthcare system and connect with the care they need.
Healthcare Services We Facilitate
- Preventive Care: Connections to primary care providers, vaccinations, and regular health screenings.
- Mental Health Resources: Referrals to counselors, support groups, and crisis services including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
- Health Insurance Enrollment: Assistance with Medicaid, CHP+, and marketplace enrollment throughout the year.
- Sliding-Scale Clinics: Information about community health centers that offer care based on income.
